Take a break from the hot kitchen with our GVG Thanksgiving-to-Go. Order your Thanksgiving dinner to go for six to eight as well as mix and match from our favorite Thanksgiving recipes! Place your order by Midnight Monday, November 18, 2024, then stop by GVG on Thanksgiving Day to pick up your pre-cooked, hot and ready to eat dinner with a juicy, wood-fired, rotisserie-roasted Thanksgiving turkey with all the trimmings, including sides, salads, bread and dessert.

When you place your order we cannot change the pickup time.
Where do I pick up my order?
The Caldwell Room at the O.Henry Hotel.
Please use the main entrance to the hotel. The Caldwell room is just off the lobby.
What size is the Turkey?
10 to 12 pounds. It will serve eight without leftovers but when serving 6 or fewer you’ll be good to go with leftovers.
It will be a whole bone-in turkey that we spit-roasted over our live wood fire. (Read somewhat smoky!) then finished in our ovens.
Note: We do not carve or take the turkey off the bone.
When will I receive my confirmation?
Just after completing your order online you will receive a confirmation email. Please refer to that confirmation email when checking in to pick up your bird and wonderful fixings.
You will not receive a second confirmation.
Will I get a physical ticket?
No.
There is no need to print out your confirmation email. Your order will be ready when you arrive at the time referenced on the confirmation.
What do I do if I need to modify my order?
Sorry. It is quite rare that we can accommodate most modifications. We have limited availability and the birds and time slots get booked up quickly.
If there is availability you may be able to add to our order. To find out please go online to place a separate order and let us know you wish to combine it with your existing order.
You may cancel up to seven days prior and receive a full refund. Please reach out to Meghan Sigurdson at msigurdson@qwrh.com.
What do I do if I do not see my desired time listed for purchase?
Sorry. The early birds got the birds for that time slot. The time slots listed online are still available.
How do I communicate dietary restrictions or needs?
When purchasing your family meal online there is a space to share dietary needs!
